Background

As the Office Administrator for the last 4 years with PharmacyID, Nerida manages user access to client accounts and provides support to Applicants by phone, email and live chat queries relating to National Police Checks.

Nerida also provides training to clients, liaises with ACIC on a client or Applicant’s behalf and reviews and releases police checks. Nerida was previously employed as a contractor to two government departments being Department of Science and Technology and ComCover at Gallagher Basset, for both roles she held a Baseline Security Clearance.
