Lynette has been part of the PharmacyID team as Senior NPHC Consultant since August 2018. Lynette Provides account management support, online training, daily administration, and overall support of the PharmacyID environment. She is also an Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) Contact Liaison. As the Operations Manager and IT Support, Lynette works with Management on Strategic Planning and Analysis of staff and end-users to create, design, and manage workflow rules, and work with the Developer to implementation. Lynnette’s IT Support extends to:

  • Developing and creating customised reports for customers and staff
  • Training new employees on how to use the system in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Keeping all users updated and informed about system enhancements, functionality, and scheduled/ unscheduled outages
  • Providing customers and users with technical support
  • Logging and tracking system problems and rectifying any issues
  • Administering PBX- Panasonic Systems / VoIP setup. Environment- Manage and support Windows Server, Office 365, IBM and Backup system, storage, Cisco, VoIP, Firewall, Cisco Switches, AZURE, TCP/IP, MS Active Directory, SMTP Gateway, VPN, Cisco Routers and switches, and Trend Micro Antivirus
