Background

Lilly has been employed with PharmacyID as Senior NPHC Consultant since 2009 and is the Account Manager for NDIA where she has built a great rapport and quick response turnaround for all NDIA matters. To date, Lilly has developed and implemented new processes and systems for increasing customer service satisfaction and improved retention through new product suggestions to clients.

Lilly also provides account management support and online training and is the ACIC contact liaison. Lilly is motivated to providing high-quality customer service for government agencies and private sector clients.

Lilly radiates a positive, infectious personality with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, dedicated to improving customer satisfaction. Lilly was previously employed at law firms as audio typist for transcription of court documents and assisting in due diligence projects.
